Treatment planning : All-on-4 has been developed for Immediate Function.
Critical criteria for this to be possible are:
• Possibility of achieving primary implant stability (> 35 Ncm insertion torque)
• No extensions over one-tooth each side
• No severe para functions

If there are extraction sites, make sure they are thoroughly cleaned. It is advisable to place implants between extraction holes.

If the angulation is 30° or more, it is necessary to splint the tilted implants.
